Speed Sculpting challenge 1 - Zombie/undead

So the rules are, we get a base mesh and half an hour for phase one, and then we crit each others work, then we get another half an hour and we crit again. So here is my Phase 1 submission:

Well I'm finally back on the wagon and making art again after my soul draining World of Warcraft experience. Starting small, heres a speed sculpt I did in zbrush in 30 mins.
